Every 24 hours it makes 345kg of GALA ice cubes, which have been designed by ITV to melt slowly and never alter the flavor or excessively water-down spirits or cocktails. But it’s also one of the most advanced commercial ice machines on the market, offering cutting edge efficiency and smart control electronics that adapt to changes in ambient and water temperature to ensure ice cube consistency.
