Why can’t I see my fridge in the Available Fridges list?

There are a number of reasons why a fridge may not appear on the Available Fridges list. Check the following:

  • The phone’s Bluetooth is ON and version 4.0 or later.
  • The phone is within 10 m of the fridge.
  • The phone is connected to the internet.
  • The fridge is turned on.
  • The fridge is compatible with SKOPE-connect (must be a ReFlex, ProSpec or ActiveCore 2 model)
  • The fridge has not already been connected to by someone else.


Why is the fridge data not updating?

Fridge data is periodically synced while in Bluetooth® range. Syncing occurs every few hours to conserve the phone’s battery. If your fridge isn’t updating try pulling down on the Fridges page to refresh it.


Am I a Fridge Owner or a Fridge User?

When you open the app for the first time you’ll be given two options: Fridge Owner or Fridge User. If you’re the first person to connect to the fridge you’re a Fridge Owner. If someone else is giving you access to their fridge you’re a Fridge User.


How do I let someone else connect to my fridge?

How do I remove a fridge I’ve added?

To remove a fridge, swipe left on the name of the fridge on the Fridges page.


What can I do if I’m still experiencing issues?

If the app does not appear to be working correctly:

  • Pull down on the fridge list page to refresh.
  • Turn the phone off and on.
  • Turn the fridge off and on.
  • Delete and re-connect to the fridge.
  • Delete and reinstall the app.
