Purchase any model from the following ranges before 30 November 2020 and receive $200 cashback.

How to Claim

  • Purchase any eligible SKOPE product before 30 November 2020 and keep the tax invoice
  • Complete the  online claim form before 31 December 2020
  • Upload a copy of the tax invoice
  • Add the serial number of the SKOPE product purchased (found inside your fridge or freezer)
  • Nominate a bank account for the cash to be paid into

How it works

How long does the promotion run for?

Three months. The “promotion period” is 1 September 2020 – 30 November 2020. Product must be invoiced and delivered within this time period to be eligible for the cashback offer. 

I placed an order in July however will be invoiced in September; is this eligible for the cashback offer?

Yes, but not in conjunction with any other offer.

Which products are eligible for $200 cashback?

You will find a list of eligible products here. Clearance, custom made, and second-hand stock are ineligible for the promotion.

Do I have to spend a certain amount to be eligible for $200 cashback?

No, all eligible products qualify for $200 cashback regardless of their value.

Who is eligible for the $200 cashback?

The promotion is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents. Corporate customers with contracted rates and terms, and SKOPE employees and their immediate families are ineligible for this promotion.

How do I claim?

How do I claim my $200 cashback?

- Purchase an eligible SKOPE product
- Scan and save a copy of the tax invoice
- Receive your new SKOPE fridge or freezer and locate the serial number on the inside of the cabinet
Visit the SKOPE website to complete the online claim form and upload a copy of your tax invoice

What information is required to submit the online claim form?

- Photo/Scanned copy of tax invoice
- Serial Number of SKOPE product purchased
- Your bank details

Where do I find my serial number?

You will need to wait until your new SKOPE fridge or freezer is delivered because the serial number is found on the inside. 

Who can make a cashback claim?

The purchaser of the SKOPE product/s must make the claim. The name on the tax invoice must match the name of the claim form. 

How long do I have to claim my $200 cashback?

All claims must be made by 31 December 2020. You can make a claim at any time between 1 September 2020 until 31 December 2020. Claims must be received no later than 11:59pm AEST 31 December 2020. Claims received after this time will not be accepted. 

Is there a limit to how many cashback claims I can make?

No.

Can I claim more than one unit per invoice?

Yes, there is no limit to the amount of redemptions per invoice. 

How do I submit a cashback claim for multiple products?

If you purchased more than one eligible product, please make sure you submit each claim on a separate claim form. 

I am making my purchase through SKOPE Funding. Am I eligible for $200 cashback?

Yes, the SKOPE Funding Own Me package is eligible for the cashback.  

Payments

How will my $200 cashback be paid?

By electronic transfer into your nominated bank account. 

What currency will my $200 cashback be paid in?

Australian customers will be paid AUD$200 and New Zealand customers will be paid NZD$200.

How long will it take to get my $200 cashback after I make a claim?

Payment will be made into your nominated bank account within 28 working days of your claim.

I have purchased more than one product. Will I get $200 cashback per product?

Yes, you will receive $200 per eligible product.  

Delivery & Stock

What if the product I want is out of stock?

The promotion is available while stocks last. Pre-ordered stock is only eligible for this promotion if it is invoiced and delivered within the promotional period and when it has not been subject to any other offer.

What if there is a delay in my shipment and my delivery doesn’t arrive outside of the promotional period?

This situation will be assessed by SKOPE on a case-by-case basis.
