After purchasing one of our eligible products from our Retailer network, Green Door Pricing incorporates the process of SKOPE calculating and facilitating the creation of Energy Saving Certificates together with the delivery and installation of these products to you, subject to:
In order for SKOPE to provide The Green Door Price, you agree to all delivery and installation conditions as outlined below. SKOPE will reject any Green Door Pricing where the eligibility criteria is not met or where the criteria requirement as part of Assignment forms are not completed.
These government schemes are subject to change and SKOPE is not liable for any changes to how the schemes operate, who is eligible to participate and how the Energy Savings Certificates are calculated.
“You” and “Your” means the Customer identified in the Nomination or Assignment Form and where the context requires, includes any officer, employee, subcontractor or agent of the Customer.
The price of Energy Savings Certificates is driven by supply and demand and can therefore fluctuate. The Green Door Pricing shown on our website via our Green Door Price calculator and marketing by our Retailer Network can vary between the date of the calculation and the date of installation. SKOPE may also adjust the Green Door Pricing from time to time and you acknowledge that such adjustment may result in a commensurate change to the balance of the purchase price of any Products being purchased through our Retailer Network.
The ESS is driving energy efficiency upgrades in NSW by providing financial incentives to make energy efficiency and renewable energy projects more affordable and attractive. It is administered by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART). The New South Wales based mandatory energy efficiency scheme, introduced by the New South Wales government in 2009 pursuant to the Electricity Supply Act 1995, the Electricity Supply (General) Regulation 2014 and the Energy Savings Scheme Rule of 2009. The NESS works by establishing a market for tradeable ESCs.

The VEU scheme, (also known as Victorian Energy Efficiency Target, or VEET Scheme) is driving energy efficiency upgrades in Victoria by providing financial incentives to make implementation more affordable and attractive for households and business. It is administered by the Essential Services Commission (ESC). The Victorian based mandatory energy efficiency scheme, introduced by the Victorian government in 2009 pursuant to the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target Act 2007, the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target Regulations 2008 and the Victorian Energy Efficiency Target (Project Based Activities) Regulations 2017. The VEU works by establishing a market for tradeable VEECs. The VEU Scheme was previously known as the VEET Scheme. VEEC means a “Victorian Energy Efficiency Certificate”, being one or more certificates generated from completed and verified energy savings initiatives under the VEU, which are created by an AP and validated by the Regulator prior to registration. The VEECs are made by an AP when energy saving activities are undertaken that improve energy efficiency in a variety of residential, commercial and industrial settings. In Victoria, there is currently a temporary bonus incentive to small businesses to upgrade operating equipment to increase energy efficiency. SKOPE’s current SBES offer ends the earlier of 17 December 2021 or when the government funds for SBES are exhausted.

Green Door Pricing is only applicable where the delivery and installation at the premises is manged by SKOPE or our subcontractors. Premises mean the Customer’s address at which the Products will be Installed.

If delivery conditions are not met we cannot generate Energy Saving Certificates. If these conditions are not met the delivery will be rejected and the customer charged for a futile delivery.
The Green Door Pricing products will only be installed by a SKOPE nominated installer. Nominated Installer means the contractor nominated by SKOPE (or their sub-contractors) to undertake the Installation of the Products on behalf of SKOPE.
Installation includes, positioning, unpackaging and confirmation of equipment running. Geotagged photos must be allowed to be taken of the running equipment and customer signs of delivery and installation is completed.
SKOPE is not liable for any damages, losses, costs or expenses incurred by you if the installation date is rescheduled for any reason.
All Energy Saving Certificates incentives are shown in GST Exclusive values. GST means the Goods and Services Tax under the New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act and includes any other GST related legislation.
