Register your warranty for free to receive an additional 1 year warranty on selected products.
Also, if you are one of the first 100 to sign a SKOPE Funding agreement between 2nd October and 31 December 2023 you will receive a $250 Prezzee Card.
How long does the promotion run for?
The $250 cash back is only available for the first 100 SKOPE Funding agreements signed between 2 October - 31 December 2023.
Which products are eligible?
ActiveCore, ProSpec, ReFlex and BackBar are all eligible for an extended warranty upon free registration.
If you sign a SKOPE Funding agreement that includes ANY SKOPE products, you are eligible for the $250 gift card.
Is the extended warranty free?
Yes, the extended warranty is added at no extra cost but the warranty must be registered on the SKOPE website before 11:59pm on 19 December 2022 to activate the extension.
Do I have to spend a certain amount to be eligible for an extended warranty or $250 cash back?
No, there is no minimum purchase amount.
I have purchased more than one product. Does that matter?
No, there is no limit on purchase volume.

How do I claim my warranty?
If you do not activate your warranty the extension will not be applied to your purchase.
Where do I find my serial number?
You will need to wait until your new SKOPE fridge or freezer is delivered because the serial number is found on the inside. See our tips for locating your serial number.
What happens if I don’t claim the extended warranty?
If you do not activate your warranty on the SKOPE website, the warranty extension will not apply to your purchase. The standard warranty length will apply.
How do I activate a warranty extension for more multiple products?
You can activate the extended warranties for all eligible products within the same warranty claim form. Just click ‘Add a Product’ within the form to add more products.
