SKOPE’s new Export Director, Raha Hadjarpour, is set to lead from the front as the commercial refrigeration brand - one of the world’s recognized leaders in its field - makes a long-term commitment to the UAE and surrounding markets.
Based in Dubai, Raha brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to SKOPE, boasting 16 years of hospitality experience which started at the Emirates Academy of International Hospitality Management.
After graduating Raha worked his way up from food service, and up through various back-of-house elements of the hospitality industry for prominent brands such as Four Seasons, the Jumeirah Group, and Jebel Ali Hotels.
Before joining SKOPE, Raha was the Commercial Manager for MCTS, MENA’s leading food service and commercial laundry consultants.

Raha’s immediate mission is not just to explore untapped markets from Europe to Asia, but to take a pivotal lead in listening to different local markets and helping form where SKOPE positions itself in these markets.
As part of this strategy Raha will be leading SKOPE’s presence at GulfHost 2018 (30 October – 1 November, Dubai World Trade Centre). Visitors to the SKOPE stand will be able to see the latest innovations from the company, including ActiveCore 2 with SKOPE-connect, the latest generation of general display fridge which is controlled by a smartphone app.
“It’s not just about making sure SKOPE is specified, and I say that as a former commercial kitchen consultant! From cutting edge glass door display fridges and open decks to custom refrigeration systems, we have the product. But it’s important for us to understand where we can leverage our expertise and experience for the benefit of our customers in the various regions.
“And that’s why we’re going to be at GulfHost this year. We want to start by listening and tailoring a strategy for this region, not just export what’s made SKOPE the top commercial refrigeration brand in Australia and New Zealand.”
Keri Thomas, SKOPE’s General Manager for Sales and Marketing, will be joining Raha on the stand at GulfHost. He’s confident that SKOPE has found the right man to start laying the long-term foundations for the brand in the Middle East and beyond.
